Shanghai Mind & Sun is a newly founded specialized law firm, located in Soho Donghai Square, Tongren Road, Jian’an District. We devote ourselves to styled specialization. Our goal is to solve problems in areas of merger, foreign investment, financial market. And we already have ample experience in these areas.

Each of partners has at lease 10 years experience as a lawyer. So they are well-trained and  experience. And all lawyers in our firm are graduated from famous law schools in  China or oversea. They are well-educated under a formal system, and some of them even are teachers in law schools.

“Mind & Sun”,literally, means crafting words in the wood in Chinese. The name also means our lawyers hope to serve clients with their solid professions, loyalty, and excellent service. Meanwhile, we never forget our responsibility in our society.
