Litigation and Arbitration

Litigation & Arbitration is one of our traditional service in our firm. We provide legal service in all kinds of  disputes or may-be disputes in different areas.These areas mainly includes bank transaction, construction contracts, companies, commercial contracts, labour relationship, futures & commodities, insurance, real estate, partnership relationship, and securities & trust. When our clients meet disputes, we first consider if we have a strong case, and evaluate how and how much we can achieve clients’ expectation. If we have to be on court, we will figure out which one is the best debate plan in light of different angles of the problem and tactics. In the performance stage, we will assign a proper lawyer(or a group of lawyer if necessary) so that we can get a decision that contents our clients. Also, since a decision is not enough, we also represent our clients to deal with asset disposition and draft agreement on this issue.

     In general, We provide services including (but not limited in):  

      (1) Representing our clients in court and arbitration;

(2) Representing our clients to negotiate in the procedure of enforcing decision/verdict and asset disposition.

(3) Evaluating the necessity of lawsuit and looking for a better solution before trial procedure.
